It is with great sadness that we confirm the passing of Double 6 recording artist The Child of Lov. His talent and friendship are a heavy loss to us, but we will always carry the pride of having been involved in his short but particularly bright recording career.
His manager Trey Reames, made the following statement: 'On behalf of the family and as his manager I must announce that Martijn Teerlinck, aka Cole Williams, aka The Child of Lov, aka Sun Patzer, is no longer with us. He lived a life of struggle and can now rest peacefully. In his own words: 'When I was younger, I had a tough time physically. I have seen too many hospital beds. It made me stronger. Makes you realize death is always near, for anyone. And what a wonderful thing life is and how grateful we should be.'

“Jon's music has a transportive quality, which can be blissful and expansive, but can also be internal, and more aggressive, and Collider is at this end of the spectrum. We wanted to create an internal journey, which was unflinching, singular and claustrophobic and at the same time liberating. The video is like a voodoo ceremony, where the lead character dances herself into frenzy, and through the dance gains access to a parallel dimension; it's her unfurling thoughts, her dislocated mind, and hints at something more apocalyptic - an end game for her and us.” Tom Haines
Formed in November 2011 after moving down from Peterborough, this Brighton based Surf/Doom three piece comprise of guitar / organ / lead vocalist Kristian; semi-professional poker playing drummer Gianni, and fiercely eloquent bassist Dan, who is currently writing a science fiction novel by the name of The Curious Adventures of Charlie Revel; and mysterious second guitarist Mark, who's commitments at home and slight agoraphobic behavior means that he will not leave Peterborough, and only expands the group to a quartet at home town shows.

"A night-vision camera captures life in a dark park. Among the hidden corners and leaf-covered hideaways, people purge and absolve their sins through sexual liberation. We highlight a romance between a man and a woman who seek forgiveness from each-other: the only forgiveness that is of any importance. "
Forgive Me will be available as a three track digital bundle alongside two new tracks: Hopeless Place and Holy Place.
'Time Will Tell' is the closing track from the album CUPID DELUXE. The song itself was recorded live in a one take that lasted about 15 minutes I ad-libbed the vocals recalling lyrics from songs of mine and a song by Adam Bainbridge (which he was unaware i was going to do). Adam was on the drum machine, Blue May on guitar, Sam Beste on piano, & Tawiah on backing vocals. I then took some of my vocals from towards the end and overlaid it as a backing vocal."

Alabama-born Katie Crutchfield is a natural at writing confessional pop songs. Since picking up the guitar as a teenager she has spent the better part of her young adult life travelling to play basement shows for feminist punks with bands like P.S. Eliot, Bad Banana and The Ackleys, all of which she sang for. Crutchfield and her twin sister Allison (Swearin') started these bands in high school, inspired by touring bands that would pass through Alabama, as well as a local community-run show space called Cave 9 where they both volunteered. The sisters were best known as P.S. Eliot, a band that developed a cultish underground following until disbanding in 2011. Deciding to go it alone, Crutchfield became Waxahatchee and released her debut album 'American Weekend' in 2012 - lo-fi acoustic guitar-pop songs.
'Cerulean Salt' was recorded with assistance from Crutchfield’s roommates: her drummer Keith Spencer and bassist Sam Cook-Parrot, as well as her sister Allison Crutchfield (Swearin’) and Kyle Gilbride (Swearin’, Big Soda).

Portland's ultimate hard-rockin' party bringers emerge from two years of constant touring with their new full length album 'Whales And Leeches'. With the help of guests Mike Scheidt (Yob) and Pall Jenkins (The Black Heart Procession), 'Whales And Leeches' further propels Red Fang into the upper stratosphere of hard rock and metal elite.
It is two pronged - firey guitar driven metal ('This Animal') and melodic rock anthem. 'DOEN' spiraling guitar introduction is cut by high pace drum à la Baroness and from 1 minute 57 guitar and drums take on over 1 minute of considered 'We're not Worthy' QOTSA style genius. 'Behind the Light' and 'Dawn Rising' is similar to a James Hetfield / Chris Cornell / Zeppelin call to action. 'Every Little Twist' has Sabbath style decipherable lyric 'trying to see what cannot be seen'.
