We hereby unsheath ‘Murder Weapon’ - the first single (out 30th August) from Tricky's ninth studio album 'Mixed Race'. The single is a reworking of the classic dancehall hit from Jamaican-born Echo Minott, originally released in the early ‘90s STREAM. This teaser video is a sneaky peak into Tricky’s promo video directed by Fleur and Manu.
The new album ‘Mixed Race’ is out on 27th September 2010 (Domino Records) and was recorded in Paris where Tricky currently resides. Collaborators on the album include Terry Lynn, Bobby Gillespie, Hakim Hamadouche, Blackman, Tricky’s brother, Marlon Thaws (the thirteenth of just fourteen siblings) and also Franky Riley - Tricky’s vocalist for two years

Domino took Hayden and Tom from Wild Beasts on a day trip to the Guardian to record an acoustic version of 'Hooting & Howling' as part of their 'How I Wrote...' series. Click on Hayden to watch the session where Hayden cautiously unravels the mysteries of the origins of the song from their album 'Two Dancers'.
Directed by Norwood Cheek, this 1920s style film features child versions of Zooey and M.Ward playing together in a delightful little play in time travel. Theives is one of the tracks from She & Him album 'Volume 2'.
Chief are Evan Koga (vocals/guitar), brothers Danny and Michael Fujikawa (on vocals/ guitar and drums, respectively) and Mike Moonves (bass). Written and recorded in Los Angeles and produced by Grammy winner Emery Dobyns, their sun-drenched debut album, Modern Rituals, is due for release on 20th September. The brand new video for Night & Day the forthcoming single from LA four-piece Chief. Directed by Matt Creed, the video was filmed at the Jane Hotel in New York City and features a live performance from the band in front of a glamorous audience. After performing at this year’s Hard Rock Calling, Glastonbury and Lounge On The Farm festivals, Chief have three shows coming up in London.

She Keeps Bees are a rock duo from Brooklyn, consisting of Jessica Larrabee (vocals, guitar) and Andy LaPlant (drums). Their debut Album “Nests” was recorded in 2008. She Keeps Bees toured the UK and Europe extensively in 2009 and 2010 with appearances at Green Man Festival and a headlining slot at End Of The Road Festival 2009. The band is currently working on their third full-length record and Jessica co-wrote three tracks - 'Look Me in the Eye Sister', 'Time and Space' and 'Just for Tonight' on the latest album by Groove Armada 'Bright Light' (Groove Armada and Om Records). The video 'Look Me In the Eye Sister' is directed by Steve Dawson & Al Campbell.
